The date is getting closer, and I am getting pretty excited myself. I didn't realize that bad boy was rated R, but I suppose it makes sense.

This movie better not suck. Watchmen is an Institution. They Better not fuck it up. It looks good, but the story? The story is just so big, and every little part of it is important. I really wanna see how they interpret Dr.Manahattans time skip monologues in the movie. And how could the get rid of the Octopus. One of the greatest frames in Comic Book history and its gone.

They get rid of the octopus? I really wish I hadn't read your post, onecoin. Well if we're on that same train of thought apparently they eliminated the "Tales Of The Black Freighter" meta-comic from the film, but it'll be released separately on DVD.

BTW, Malin Akerman is one hot Canuck in that Silk Spectre II outfit...so glad they didn't go with Ahnuld as Doctor Manattan like I've heard they orginally wanted to do

LOL, Ok, I guess I had kinda overlooked all that. I thought they may have cut a lot of that stuff out but after watching a few trailers it looks like they stayed pretty close to the book. Surprisingly close.

I remember when I was in high school I tried to sneak into Kill Bill on the first day by buying a ticket for another movie. I don't know how they knew but employees came into the theater, found us in our seats and removed us. It was crushing.
