I've had some great experiences with their Warehouse Deals. Got a $800 cover for my RV trailer for $300 and it was still sealed, just the box was a little banged up despite the listing as saying it was 'used'.
Nevertheless, I have heard some horror stories about Lego sets; mini-figures taken out and pieces missing!

Same, I got a $200 lawn detacher for $75, said there was cosmetic damage to the unit. I got it, I don't think it had ever even been opened.
