Amazon Germany had these same issues when it went live today at Noon German time. Give it a little bit as the servers are being overloaded and most links arent working properly.

A Buddy told me it's become available twice in the last week since it's been up on Amazon.ca. I wonder if it's already sold out despite it being a Prime Day Launch item?

At least it is not an exclusive in Japan so I can always preorder and wait until December.

We now live in a world where a highly sought after Black prime repaint is a hard to get American exclusive, whereas the Japanese one is a regular release. I FEEL LIKE I'M TAKING CRAZY PILLS!

Same for the deluxe PotP shuttle Blast Off: it is an still unreleased Amazon exclusive but you can walk in a store in some Asian locations (such as Hong Kong) and grab one now...
