I highly doubt that this figure is entirely unique and exclusive to this promotion. More than likely it is an early release of Chromedome. If anything, people who missed out on this promo may benefit should there be any QC issues that may be rectified for the regular release. The only thing this release may have over the regular one is if they include an extra set of weapons or perhaps an alternate head.
