The art comes from Marcello Matere, a current vancouver resident, who is behind a lot of the packaging art since armada. Sarah coloured it.

Can u imagine the serious boardroom discussions to select the subject and green light such a coin? Jim wants to do Thomas but sally wants Barbie or Paw Patrol. What about Super Mario or PAC-man? People love video games. Nah, maybe we should honour classic toys like Slinky or Monopoly with real money.
