No, I was using the Alumilite Resins. I tried the dental acrylics once and they did not take the paint very well. They made a hell of a casting, but just not practical. The pressure pot I have is crap, and is not on the list of things to be replaced since I found nicer materials to use at work. Looking back, I think the big problem I had is not creating a vent for the air to go out of.

We'll try that on the next set of castings and see how it works out.
