"Semper referemus"?

I picked up Universe Blades yesterday (awesome toy, best Voyager I've found so far) and I noticed the phrase "semper referemus" in small text on the "Autobot Coastal Rescue" emblem on his tail in vehicle mode. Does anyone know what this phrase means?

just googled it and this is what i got.

• semper=always
• referemus=succeding/success

dont know how accurate it is cause i havent been to school since 89.

Semper is "always" and Referemus is a form Referre (latin) which roughly translates to the english verb "to bring back". Referemus is conjugated in the future and in the plural 'we' form. So I think it would translate to something like "We will always bring them back."

*Note this is all conjecture, I've never studied latin but I've been able to develop this theory using google and my knowledge of romance languages (Italian and French).
