Re: "Semper referemus"?
Semper is "always" and Referemus is a form Referre (latin) which roughly translates to the english verb "to bring back". Referemus is conjugated in the future and in the plural 'we' form. So I think it would translate to something like "We will always bring them back."
*Note this is all conjecture, I've never studied latin but I've been able to develop this theory using google and my knowledge of romance languages (Italian and French).
