Re: BBTS and FansProject Mystery figure

I was so tempted to get it, but even though Fansproject has never disappointed me I couldn't bring myself to drop $70 on a figure I've not seen.
If it turns out to be awesome (who am I kidding, it'll be awesome) I hope I can pick one up (along with Brainstorm) later on.

Re: BBTS and FansProject Mystery figure

the point of this promotion was for people to help donate for Christmas, almost exactly as how FP was good enough to donate for the Japan Relief. Unfortunately i missed out too as i totally forgot. I DO wish that they would stop flopping about on their website. Some things seem to be available on their site -and then other things arent. At least have a news post about what people should be looking out for at their retailers.

I was in the same boat but then pulled the trigger because of the donation to Big Brother and Big Sisters of Canada, and if I didn't like the figure I'm sure it would be easr to sell off to someone who missed out.

Re: BBTS and FansProject Mystery figure

I stumbled on it by accident and thought about it for a day or two before I finally went ahead and bought it. The way i looked at it $40 for the figure and a $20 donation to help out some kids, not a bad deal!

Re: BBTS and FansProject Mystery figure

Does anyone know when we'll actually know wtf this thing looks like? I do hate the idea that I bought this and have no idea what it's going to look like, good cause aside... Why wouldn't FP just show us the product, but do the same donation thing?

Re: BBTS and FansProject Mystery figure

Crap, I picked one up hoping it would be BW Neo Unicron.

Oh, wait, that was a dream.

I think there's just a couple of the series I might pick up eventually. But right now I can wait.

Any word if they're going to make Cerebros?
