WRONG!!!
I can't believe it. They are actually offering free shipping to Canada during the sale. I didn't believe it, but I decided to try and place an order (without finishing the purchase) and sure enough it came up as free shipping!!!
Could this be a sign of future things to come?? Man that would be a strong reason to get stuff straight from Pulse rather than wait and see with a local seller. Specifically for exclusive items.
Of course this is probably only a limited thing with this sale, but I will hope for the future.

Damn that would definitely be a game changer.
Not that the exchange rate is helping things right now, but being able to get free shipping, especially with the cost of items nowadays, makes it a bit more bearable to buy direct from Pulse.
I wonder if Mattel's shipping rates were something they saw and made them inquire with FedEx about the rates they were paying? I know, I know, not likely but I am glad something might have finally changed.

Yeah free shipping is HUGE just from the standpoint of preordering store exclusives.
There's so many instances where I go out of my way to ask others who needs stuff so I can make the Pulse order as large as possible just to bring down per-item shipping if there's 1-2 things I need. Or say order two of an item so that I can flip one locally at cost for that same reason. This reduces that need.

The shipping change looks permanent. I put a deluxe in my cart and this is how it showed in the checkout. This is a game changer.
EDIT: For some reason, the pic is really small and blurry. Shipping shows as 6.99.
