Well, you got:
-1985, the first one, it's not that big.
-1990, the Action Master, it's like a GI Joe figure
-1993, under the G2 name, exact same mold as 1985, but could be orange or yellow.
-early 2000s had a Japanese and North American PVC figurine. Very cartoon-esque, roughly the same height as the Action Master
-2004, had a Micromaster set repainted to be like Devastator
-Energon era had Constructicon Maximus, not "Devastator" exactly, but we all know who he was supposed to be
-2006 had an exclusive, it was repainted from RiD's Landfill
-2007 repainted Energon's Constructicon Maximus, and actually called it Devastator
-2015 Combiner Wars Devastator, very big, 6 current sized Voyagers compared to other Combiner Wars are 4 Deluxes with a Voyager torso.
Outside of Hasbro and Takara's versions above, there have been other non-action figure stuff like Hard Hero Devastator bust.
As for Knock-Offs, there are the 1985 in green, orange-y yellow, as well a multi-colored version. There are also a slightly smaller version, as well as a tiny version that's in scale with Micromasters.
As for Wanna-Be's, there are 3rd Party companies that make Devastator-like construction vehicles that combine into a bigger robot. They are called:
-Gravity Builder
-Hercules
-Constructor
-Giant
I'm not sure with if Gravity Builder and Constructor are out yet, but I saw Hercules and Giant as toy shows.
I'm sure there are going to be people here that will post pics of the not-Devastators. Hope that helps a little.
