The Japanese blurb on that scan says it is "part 2" of the Evangelion/TF collabo-crossover, and will be available in 2015. The "part 2" makes me think the original concept art is part 1. The EVA in OP colours does seem a bit forced...

Eva and TF's...hmmm. Eva-01 with Prime's colour palette actually looks crappy. Prime with Eva-01's colours is kinda Nemesis Primeish.
I dunno. Interesting, but not buy worthy.
