The interesting thing is the shipping label lists A3U store as the 'from' destination. If the company ships from their storefront, it would probably be more cost effective to serve locals from the store instead of having it shipped out.

Still haven't gotten mine. I have a tracking number from the 20th of Jan but It doesn't say anything about being picked up or dropped off at the mail box.

FPC, why can't you clean up your act and have a smooth release for once??? You guys are great and offer amazing exclusives (and you have always been stellar with me) but it seems with every release there is always a group of people being left out in the cold.

Silver lining....everyone does eventually get everything from you.

Just sent fp core a message and complaint. My shipping status has been stuck as printed label with canada post since jan/20/2014. This is nonsense!

Ages three and up crew can go where the sun don't shine if they feel the fp core members don't matter enough to simply make a statement yet have no problem taking our money.

I hope FansProject takes note and take the exclusives away from these guys and give them to a store that gives a damn like Automaton or TF Source, BBTS. If I had a choice I would not deal with them ever again, poor experiences in the past with A3U but I had the choice to change my loyalty to other stores at that time at least. With these exclusives there is no choice and here we go again with continuous problems that can easily be solved by having better communication.

They don't seem to understand that simply letting their customers know what's going on will buy them a lot of goodwill. I don't really care that there are delays or issues with their shipping process as long as this is communicated to us and I know I will get my orders. Not keeping us in the loop after making promises makes me think all that matters is taking our money and running. Even Matty Collector does a better job at this than FP Core!!!!

PS - I'm so pissed because these products are awesome and the whole experience is tarnished by a business being run by amateurs.

FP will never drop FPC. If FPC ever changes hands it is because FPC chooses it to be that way.

I still don't get why they have such a hard time communicating with customer concerns. I get they get busy with al the mass shipping but customer services and replying to emails is a part of the gig. Now I know there are those out there that start emailing the second they hear an update on anything but most are genuine compaints that need a little attention.

I do hope one day they get there. They seem to improve a little each time but I think the improvements need to continue. Maybe they really need to consider hiring another staff memeber.
