I got an email saying my Soundwave is backordered. I had to cancel my initial order because of needing to change the credit card and then re-ordered it the day it was removed from TRU.ca though.

I just received a confirmation email, not sure if that means that its shipping out though. I ordered the 5th of August.

Just got an email from Toysrus about MP Soundwave. Checked the status with tracking number it doesn't say "Get Date" anymore. It says In stock so most likely we'll be getting it by this week

I Just got an email from tru reconfirming my order of 2 MP soundwaves.My order was placed during the 25% 0ff purchase on again/off again fiasco.Hopefully that shows some progress is in the works and they'll be shipped shortly.
EDIT:After checking my order on tru website there is no longer a cancel order button so that must be good news.Here's hoping everyone else gets an email shortly

I had an initial order that I couldn't cancel. Now it's telling me it's in stock but it's getting sent to the wrong address (I've since moved). THey also stated they're able to charge my credit card (even though the billing address has since changed as well). What now?

I just got my shipping notice for my first soundwave and a backorderd mail for the other so I guess this is why they sent the email saying that it will come soon

Strangely I have shipping notice for both orders, can't cancel any of them now. I guess I have to return some Soundwaves when they arrived.
