My Review: Top Ten Legends Class Figures!

I always have a difficult time ranking my Legends figures. I really didn't think much of legends figures until i picked up Universe Classics 2.0 Bumblebee....and ever since i've been adding the legends figures to my collection.

Devastator is definitely #1! And everything after that is in a fuzzy grey region. Though, If i had to add anything to your already excellant list it would be the following three in no particular order:

-ROTF Optimus/Jetfire combo. How can you go wrong with this "mini-combiner"! :-)

-ROTF Wheelie. The level of detail and proportions put this figure close to the top of my Legends list.

-ROTF The Fallen. Ball-jointed feet and waist articulation. 'Nuff said :-)

...and i totally forgot to include Movie 1 Barricade.

It has almost enough detail and articulation to call it a scaled down deluxe Barricade :-)

universe legends for me are #1, devs in 2nd, the rest, i don't care, never played with

Animated Legends Prowl is my favorite of all the Legends.

Agreed. Devastator is barely legal as one figure. But still legal. You should have made it a top 15 list.

But then 2-7 would have all been in there for the same reason. I don't feel strongly that one is any better than the other of that batch of figures, except maybe Cosmos, who is the coolest thing ever.

I personally dont like cosmos as much (i do like him though)

Now warpath and wheelie, those 2 are my favs for classics legends size.

I love Legends so much that it would be easier for me to list to the very few I don't like instead of all the ones I like...

I don't like:

-Cybertron Vector Prime (visible face is a turnoff)
-Cybertron Scourge (arms are too weird)

And even then, Vector Prime has a cool robot mode and Scourge has a cool dragon mode. So...

My favorite has to be Devastator though. Hard to beat.

I got the Special Team Leaders set from Zellers, so that's the versions of most of the Cybertron figures I have, and because of that I'm pretty into them [Hun-Grr was the first Transformer I can remember getting as a present, and that love carries over into being very forgiving of the Legends Scourge mold].

What's neat is that the gaps in Scattershot [Vector Prime]'s legs in spaceship mode fit perfectly on the toe bumps on Hot Spot [Optimus] in truck mode, such that it looks and works like they were designed for one to carry the other.
