Surgery cuz I'm a dumbass (wish me luck)

So I partially amputated my left thumb a week ago this past Saturday. Einstein here got impatient waiting for help that was mere feet away as he was detaching his camping trailer from his minivan.

Thumbs up, jjwan (pun intended).

Anyways, reconstructive surgery to pin the thumb bone together and reattach ligaments, tendons and nerves is tomorrow. They figure I'll get 80 to 90 % mobility and a little over half sensation back after 3 weeks off of work and 6 months of physio.

So wish me luck, all. Last time I went under the knife 8 years ago I learned I had sleep apnea the hard way by stopping breathing during the procedure and they had to revive my dead ass so needless to say I'm a little nervous this time around.

If I haven't logged back on by Wednesday then I shall be wishing you all MTFBWY in blue, see through Jedi Spirit form.
