I think all the multi-packs have a set group of BBs in them, meaning they're not randomly packed, except maybe for the 1 blind packed figure per set.

All the packs I looked at, while all having a certain set of Botbots in them, all also had figures that would repeat if you were to buy multiple packs.
So I think getting repeats is inevitable.

Someone online did all the work a few weeks ago between singles, 5 packs and 8 packs:

I looked at their spreadsheet for around 15 mins and it seems to me that they have listed the best/cheapest combo to get the least amount of dupes.

Bought three 8 packs and 3 blind packs today. Between all of them I got 7 repeats.

The one thing I don't like is the repeating characters between packs. Between the two I bought today there were 2 repeats. Admittedly I bought them that way intentionally for one of them. I wanted 2 of the penguin because my mom likes them. But I also got two of the fries too. And all the various packs were like that.
I can accept getting repeats in the blind packs because that's the chance you take with blind packs. But I don't think there should be repeats between the packs where you can see the figures.
