Toys R Us Cancelling TR preorders?

I noticed today that toys r us had refunded my TR Galvatron and sentinel prime orders, as well as the order my wife did that included Optimus, blaster, wheelie and some other TR items. This happened yesterday but I didn't notice until today. We had no notification emails and I've never had this issue before with them. I've contacted customer service.

Anyone else have this happen? Just wondering if it's us.

I haven't received any cancellation either. Not yet anyways.

I'm not sure about toys r us specifically but in my experience most large retailers have terms and conditions that allow them to cancel your order for nearly any reason.

Could the cancellation be the result of invalid credit card information?

Nope, all my information was valid, and I've ordered off the website numerous times. I will most likely call customer service after work today.

Just checked my order with Wheelie and Galvatron, and no issues to report.

This happened to me as well yesterday. When I called TRU to get a rebate on the Galvatron, Sentinel Prime and Wheelies I pre-ordered I asked about that and she said they will charge your card again when they ship the items out. That's about it.

My preorder for Rewind, Scourge and Galvatron are still there on my account so...I dunno. Maybe it will get cancelled at some point.

Was it cancelled n your TRU account, or just $ appearing to be refunded on your credit card? Because if the latter it may just be the hold expiring as they aren't going to charge us until it ships.
