Re: Adult Lego Fans
Yeah, that's one of the best things about Lego. Nothing you have becomes useless because something else comes out, and you never have to follow a certain mold in regards to what you're making. Like, you can follow the instructions (be it in part or in full), but the more parts you get, the more options you can do. I remember making everything from Power Ranger type zords to cars & space ships (then of course when I got technic stuff I took it even further), and as long as you've got the interest, the toy never really gets old.

Re: Adult Lego Fans
Just by the fact that guy was holding the Super Stardestroyer you could tell he was going to do something stupid with it.
I found the real tragedy of that video is the SSD has a really shitty looking incomplete underside
I haven't seen the regular Stardestroyer in person, is the underside of that flat as well?

J/K, I know the price would be 10x as much.

Re: Adult Lego Fans
I had a little bit of everything but my favourites were the Pirates and Castles lines. As far as I know I still have everything complete but in a million pieces stashed away in my basement. I've been considering putting some of it back together, but I think it would be way more fun to watch my (future) children suffer through it.
"Happy birthday Timmy. There might be pieces missing and I lost the instructions years ago. Good luck".

Re: Adult Lego Fans
Can we include Megablok and K'nex mini figs collectors too?
Cause I am loving the HELL out of Megablok's Power Ranger Samurai line and K'nex Nintendo mini figs.

Re: Adult Lego Fans
Ok, I had this discussion with some of the fellow Montreal guys at the Toycon this past weekend: how do you Lego (and Lego-ish) collectors display your collections?
TFs, action figures, even PVC statues can take up space, but nothing like the space I imagine Lego sets take up.
Could you guys post pics of your collections?

on another note....
MegaBloks, as my mother said, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it...... lol
