Re: Plastic Crack Fundage

I'm a Systems Administrator, but the company I work for is subsidized by the municipal government so I make crap money. That makes my plastic addiction difficult.

Re: Plastic Crack Fundage

Oh. I didn't realize there was such a negitive connotation about being a weather man on tv.

I work for a bank.
My typical day includes foiling bank heists, approving billion dollar loans and swimming in a vault full of gold coins like Scrooge McDuck.

Re: Plastic Crack Fundage

Electric motor and power tool repair technician.

No, I don't travel, I work in a shop. Mostly on furnace fans, gearboxes, motors for automation and manufacturing.

As for the tools, well I like to stick to the stuff that's actually worth fixing, like industrial and commercial application. Most days I won't even consider looking at something like a Mastercraft or Craftsman. Not worth my time or the customer's money.

I also tend to look at whatever weird and wonderful stuff that comes in and the others don't have the time to look at it. Like outboard motors from time to time. Or a cotton candy machine, milkshake mixer, and other things like that.

Re: Plastic Crack Fundage

I work in the Engineering industry. I'm not an engineer though, I'm too smart for that.

I am a KPI & Data Specialist. To sum up my job quickly... I make spreadsheets and charts all day. I have a personal policy to never create any spreadsheets outside of work >.>

There is more to my job than just making spreadsheets and such. I need to be able to properly identify and analyze the data, and present it in such a manner that everybody from all spectrums on the work can fully understand it. Dumbing down data is a lot harder than it sounds, especially when it's as complicated as I deal with on a daily basis...
