I also ordered on the 25th and received him on Friday.

for me buzzsaw had some tight / stiff pieces. Frenzy / Rumble seemed fine to me though.

The biggest issue I have has to be a defect with how soundwaves shoulder cannon was attached. A screw is visible and pushing out some plastic which prevents his right arm from folding back. I have contacted Hasbro so we shall see what happens.

My Buzzsaw was broken in the box, one of the fins that end up on his back was broken right off although the piece wasn't in the box so it must have been before they packaged it. I called customer service and they are gunna send me a $20 credit to my Paypal. Although I'd much rather have a non broken Buzzsaw

3 SW ordered.

2 the boxes are in near mint condition. 1 the top of the box with the black fold is creased a bit but otherwise not bad.

The 1 I opened is fine. No missing parts, damage, or mis-assembled parts. All the cassettes are in great condition. The only minor gripe is the paint on LB and BS. However not bad considering the tiny parts they are painting.

Yep, to receive anything from TRU/Purolator that doesn't look like it's been used as a football is a miracle in itself. Unless they've improved or it's a fluke, I've been very lucky with AS & SW.

I received my sw on Friday the box was in pretty good condition considering the box they put him in was a bit too big and they didn't include packaging peanuts

Yes this is much better than when I ordered the GDO over a year ago. Purolator is on the way up!
