Queensborough is a no brainer...went in there last Christmas and you could have shot a cannonball through there it was so empty. Staff were pretty useless too.

Surprised the FP on Bridgeport in Richmond didn't get the axe too.

Yeah all mine are the same direction. I just assumed it was on purpose to save money. They reused everything. Helmets, heads...etc.

Doesn't surprise me. Customer service at Futureshop is craptastic. I never go in there unless I'm forced too. They're always hounding you when all you want to do is browse and are never to be found when you want help.

Not surprised by this news. First the HMV near me and now the Best Buy. Doesn't really surprise me though about the BB as I would always go there on release day for a game or movie and more often than not it was never on the shelf for me to buy. I would always have to get someone to get it from the warehouse. Total hassle. First thing I learned about brick and mortar retail was that the product had to be on the floor to sell. Most recently I went to get my Ni no Kuni preorder and it took them over 15 mins to find it . This was on release day. Needless to say I got my preorder refunded and went to Wal-mart even though I loath them too, but they had it out on the floor and ready to buy.

Sorry about the rant.

Damn. And right after I got a $75 gift card for there. They're closing the only one in town for me. I was going to save up for a Vita. (´・ω・`)

You could still order online and get it shipped using your gift card as part of the payment. Future Shop and Best Buy gift cards are interchangeable online (they use the same back end system so it can't tell the difference). Ironically, it doesn't work in store if you take a FS gift card to BB or vice versa.

No prob. I think any order over $20 is free shipping too. Look for the field in the online checkout for the gift card number, and you just punch it in and it doesn't know/care if it's a BB or FS gift card.

Hah, and I tried to take a Best Buy gift card to Future Shop once and they wouldn't take it. Lame!
