Online Sears Catalogue For 1985 - Look At These Prices!
$40 for Omega Supreme? $13 for Dinobots? $35 for a Devastator giftset? Wow......just wow. And a $110 G.I. Joe aircraft carrier that's 7.5 feet long, don't remember that thing.

You had to work a hell of a lot more though for that $40, remember that too.

The USS Flagg is pretty impressive(and appeared in the live action Movie last summer as well.
Someone had one set up at C4 last year. Took up the whole 8 foot table.

What get's me is the price differences between toys I would think would be closer.
I didn't see it in these catalogues, but I remember seeing Fort Max listed at $99.99, and Scorponok at $69.99. I always assumed they were closer in price.

Wow. That cover brings back memories.
EDIT: LOL at the hilariously mistransformed Super Spay-C on page 437. Some things really never change, do they?

haha ya
If you look in the 1985 catalogue on that page, they have Devastator pictured and Mixmaster is on backwards. Also funny to notice is Astrotrain was $12, he actually sells for LESS than that now!
And I just looked up the catalogue for 1987 on another site, Fortress Maximus is $99.99 and Scorponok is $30.99.
