Aerial display stands?

With the recent release of that Fabulous Fansproject Warbot, it got me thinking... it has a clip to use with an aerial display stand. So the inevitable questions are coming:
  1. Do you use an aerial display stand to show off any of your Transformers in any dramatic poses?
  2. If you do what brand are they and where did you get them?
  3. What size classes can you use with them?
The reason I'm asking is I'm trying to find a few stands to display some of my Transformers but I have no idea what to look for or where. Any pictures you have would be awesome!

Re: Aerial display stands?

I got some really nice stands from wwilloww52's for sale thread (http://www.cybertron.ca/boards/showthread.php?t=20771)

They were included with the 2 Titanium Scourges and supported them really well with the three prongs. They would probably support a voyager or so but I think a leader class would be too much weight.

I'm not sure who made them...wwilloww52 might know more.

Re: Aerial display stands?

Not really transformers related, but I do use stands from the Figma, Revoltech, and the Bandai Tamashi Act stages.

I hear Gundam stands work well.

Re: Aerial display stands?

You could go for Gundam Action Bases, there are 2 sizes that come in a variety of colors. Sizes are 1/144 which is used for smaller figuers (deluxe and scouts best) and 1/100 for Voyagers. The Warbot/Springer figure has a fork thing compatible with the 1/100 stand.
