Toysrus Canada merges with the US to form Toysrus North America
As of today, Toysrus USA has made a deal with Toysrus Canada to become one corporation, known as Toysrus North America. Will this result in Canada getting exclusives that you can now only find in the USA?
What do you think about this? Please join the discussion here, and post your thoughts.
Thanks to StarwarsTF for this information.

Re: Toysrus North America?
If it means we'll get to see the US exclusives up here and them distributing their stock better, I'm all for it.

It may also have the effect of billingual packaging in US TRU locations.

So failing locations will get a boost from cross-border sales?
I don't really know that this will mean ANYTHING to us. We already get most of the exclusives, I don't think this will change location-by-location shipping practices.

Re: Toysrus Canada merges with the US to form Toysrus North America
doesn't the need to have bilingual packaging here still stand in the way of us getting the same stuff as in the US?

Re: Toysrus Canada merges with the US to form Toysrus North America
Maybe TRU will actually see that the TF comsumers market is getting older and usually wealthier, so that they can capitalize on our (hopefully) thicker wallets.
Although this sounds silly, I'm actually thinking of moving to the States after I graduate, everything is so much better for TF prices and just for goods in general...
Example: Bottle of Wine $20 in Canada, in the US, usually $7. *Gasp*
