Shipping is free anyways peeps, it's over $49. Also you can preorder it online and have it delivered to your closest TRU.

I preordered jetfire from amazon.ca, I had some bonus discounts on my account from amazon so I got it for $114 Canadian shipped. I'll get rainchecks for omega at their next dale, $250 plus tax is a bit excessive for a hasbro figure and he only comes with a micromasters and not even a deluxe like trypticon did.

Why would you ever expect to see him for almost 50% off? 80 bucks USD is around 105 anadian but it doesn't work on straight exchange. 120 is reasonable. Wait til he's out, get a 20-30% off sale. But 70 Canadian or less? Are you on crack?

Why? Takara and Hasbro versions are the same, now.
Re: pre-orders. TRU has done them before, not a lot. They did pre-orders on the Hasbro MP Soundwave for sure. I know because I did that.

Takara SG-26 Jetfire is $180 shipped on Amazon.jp, cheaper to go Hasbro route on this one.

The TakaraTomy one is at least $170-180 Cadn after Yen to Cadn exchange conversion and that doesn’t include shipping. And both versions are the same (except for the Japanese LG-EX line both Hasbro & TakaraTomy share the same production line starting from PotP) so why do you want the more expensive option?

Buying takara mainline figure is pointless at this point unless you're keeping them misb but if you open them then the Hasbro is exactly the same for about half the price.
