IDW Kup
I am currently reading MTMTE issue 21, and last time I have seen Kup was in LSW (Last Stand of the Wreckers). Haven't seen him since. Did he die of old age? Ratchet stated in issue 17, that a Transforme, can die old age. Haven't seen him getting killed. Unless I missed something.

There was an IDW crossover event called "Infestation" that featured Kup getting sent back to the beginning of the Dead Universe. It took place towards the end of Costa's Ongoing run and before MTMTE got started.

The crossover, is with every IDW comics like GI.Joe, TMNT etc..?

The crossover was with Star Trek, G.I. Joe and Ghostbusters. The second Infiltration does include TMNT, but no Kup. It's his first appearance after LSOTW. Like Blitzwing said, the events of that put him somewhere rather hard to reach.

That really bothered the hell out of me. After kups huge return and role in lsotw, he vanishes in a silly crossover I didn't read or realize had impact on canon.

That sort of thing happens when you're dealing with a huge cast in a serialized work. Inversely Kup is main cast in two currently running IDW books now.

He was in ex-RID (45, 48, 49, 50) and he's in Sins of the Wreckers currently. Sins of the Wreckers explains Prowl's motives about giving Kup his new body.

Just to be clear: Sins of the Wreckers isn't, within the canon, current to the canon. It takes place, and has resolved, before any of the recent events in ex-RID.
