So people knows that MP Soundwave and Acid Storm are showing at TRU....I can't believe the worker from them treat these as so called "Collector's Items".... 10 out of 10 has damaged box that are so bad that they actually like ripped apart or have been drop for a few times then kicked to the shelves.... Plus the plastic inside are not able to protect the toy at all. Nice work TRU and Hasbro!

And this is the difference between good customer service and terrible customer service:
BBTS had a REAL customer service representative contact me regarding the incorrect MP-15 accessory, asking me to provide pictures so they can verify if they have a replacement piledriver.
American Eagle, on the other hand, ignored my questions about whether they have the correct color of the sweater I ordered or not and just sent me a form letter informing me of the return procedure, which I already knew. Further, they're telling me to pay for the return shipment to correct their screwup. Not happy. I responded saying this didn't answer my question and to forward my email to their supervisor if they are unable to help me.

Yea I'm getting that poor or no response with my damaged windshield Downforce. It's been 3 weeks without a reply.
While Karen Lee from TFCC responded within 3 days regarding my missing missile (Slipstream) and just received it in the mail with my Circuit.
