It does suck, but I'm still not getting the shot. :P
It can be an experiment: You've had swine flu and you are planning on still going for the shot. I've had a cold and I'm not going for any shot. I'm just going to keep being a germ-a-phobe with my hand washing and sanitizing.

I don't believe in the vaccine, myself, but I've swallowed my pride and will get it just so my family won't worry. But I swear that if I die I will haunt the people behind the vaccine like crazy!

I've already gotten the H1N1 shot. Now the Gubbmint controls my mind. Must. Pay. More. Taxes...
:P
Truthfully, the missus and I and our 2 elementary school kids got the shot as we're considered high risk (we have a 3 month old baby who can't get the vaccine - too young). To protect baby we got the shot. No complications as far as we can tell (got it like 10 days ago now?).

Did you know, constant sanitizing is actually very harmful to your hands, and can actually open up more ways for you to get infected with many various disease?
I say this, yet I am probaby more of a germ-a-phobe than you are! I got the lizzard hands to prove it! I guess I shouldn't be bragging about that eh? hehe
