3rd party Galvatron or Megatron
Now that I have a good paying job (night manager) with that I would be able to buy some 3rd parties or MP figures. So now I already have my eyes set on MP-10 Convoy (Hasbro) and I would need a Con to build a MP line up, so I was thinking since Masterpiece Megatron is not that attractive and I am leaning more and more towards 3rd Party. And I am stuck between two figures Mania King Galvatron or Appollyon (Megatron)? Any thoughts, suggestions, advice?

If you're going MP and want something to go with your MP-10, then it'd have to be Apollyon since Mania King is a classics scale figure

According to TFSource, Mania King is about 7.3 inches tall, making him about MP carbot height. So far, no MP-scaled Galvatron has been released, either official or 3P.

Mania king is voyager scale and is way to small to be scaled with mp figures, I have him and he is fantastic but only with generation style/line figures.

G1 Optimus Prime = Yin
G1 Megatron = Yang
If I had any self control my collection would consist of just those two because they encompass everything meaningful about Transformers. If MP10 is in your sights then (until something official comes along) then Apollyon is a no brainer.

No, it's still a MP, worth having.
And CW G1 Megatron with add-on looks pretty good for MP10 as well.

I don't regret getting my MP Megatron but I am certainly okay with Apollyon too. Also, considering that CW G1 Megs upgrade kit too. Who makes it again?

I just finish a DIY project, which is rather easy and no harm to the tank mode. I don't think I need the 3rd party add-on kit.
