Mighty Muggs on clearance for 9.98 at TRU?

I'm not sure if anyone else has come across this, but transformer mighty muggs appear to have been marked down to 9.98$ at TRU. I believe they used to be 15$. I wasn't able to find any wave 1 muggs, but wave 2 containing prime, starscream, BB, and grimlock was available at the time.
