Seriously What Do I Do With This?

Hey everyone, alright this is the first time happening to me were I received my package from Canada Post.. Box is crushed and I'm sure the inside content (Perfect Effect: PE-DX-01 RC, RC Motorcycle, Pink Version) is crushed too. so what do I do? I was not at home when receiving the package otherwise I would of declined it and have it sent back to Automaton Toys or something. Below are the pictures of my crushed package. Any advice would be great thanks.

Ok Thanks, so when I do report my damage, you think they will rein-burst me back or will they just brush it off saying they can't do anything about it?

Edit: Should I open the box to see the content? or Don't open it and leave it as is?

Re: Seriously What Do I Do With This?

Start a claim with Canada Post. Get all the pics of the package, and damaged contents. Get a copy of your paid invoice receipt from Automaton Toys, with proof of paid shipping. And get your patience ready because it could take some time for the whole case to be settled.

Good luck

I'd say you need to open it to prove the contents have been damaged. If everything inside's fine, then you have no problems and don't need to do anything but trash the junked shipping box. Just make sure to take lots, LOTS, of pictures.

I can still make a claim even though I didn't buy shipping insurance for the package?

Edit: The figure and accessories seem to be ok they arent damage but unfortunately the figure packaging is really messed up..

That has never happened to me from automaton, They use super strong boxes and lots of peanuts. How does that even happen, short of having a steam roller?

Do you have any picture of the packaging inside?

That sucks, Glad to hear the contents are good, mostly because I can imagine Canada post wouldn't make this a conflict go quickly
