In the beginning of the movie, they say that a group of twelve Transformers were hidden on Earth and they were the first Transformers on Earth. But weren't the The Primes, the first Transformers as per Revenge of the Fallen? When they built the Star Harvester in Egypt?

Generally, there isn't much continuity between Bayformers movies when they say, "the 1st Transformers in history..."

That said, TF5 had a lot more continuity than the others. It started with the what Prime had begun at the end of TF4.
Also, Cybertron collided with Sentinel Prime's ship on the moon.

Prime didn't even know about Unicron, so apparently several Transformers ignore their own history.
