But was MP-01 a TRU exclusive? I can't remember as it was about 8 years ago. I got my MP-01 at 50% off at Winners back in the day about a year after release. They had a pile of them.

MP OP is in stock on TRU.com, and get this, there are people in the US who are STILL waiting for shipping confirmation on their orders over a month ago ! So there you have it, TRU is messed up EVERYWHERE !

I had MP Thundercracker shipped from TRU.com. The figure was $75 and with shipping, customs and tax it came to $102.

Nope, they won't ship this to Canada for some strange reason, I tried several different ways to pay and neither worked. Only option is to ship to someone you know in the US, or wait it out and see what happens here in Canada. I can get 2 shipped to Cali for $260 total, but then there's shipping to NS which will probably be another $40-$60.

I did some checking and from what I found MP-01 was released in 2004 and 2006. The second release I know for sure wasn't an exclusive. They sold it at futureshop. The second release was right before the first movie.

Those two releases were just the North American releases. There's also the Japanses re-releases. They released the figure three times in red and again three more times in black, white, and in sleep-mode colors.

So I doubt this is the one-and-only time this mold will be released.

iirc,the hasbro first version(battle damaged with short stacks) was a walmart exclusive.i somewhat remember searching the rows of them in vain looking for the black rifle variant.(also,iirc,it was the same time that classics first came out,bb/starscream/hotrod/grimlock/prime/nerf gun megs,etc)

I got that second version from a Target for $20 back in the day because it wouldn't scan and they didn't know the price lol.
