So if starting an auction off low and stating a higher than usual shipping amount is an "offense" on eBay, how did Heerostoymaker (sp?) get away with it for so long?
Was it because it wasnt super high or just a small item?

He's shipping a package from China, $15 is a pretty reasonable shipping price for the Optimus I got from him. For me to ship something across Canada is almost $15.

I figured as much. I asked only cause I missed seeing the shipping value on the auction before it was taken down. I got the UMs from Heero under the .99 price with the $24 shipping. I would imagine the smaller auctions fly under the radar.
