Again? Its 14.95 shipping to anywhere in the United States. This is eBay's automated system screwing up the international rates. I barely think this guy cares if anyone outside of the US wants this. Not every is running a scam.

Pretty much covers it here. EBay automatically calculates some of this stuff. I've seen similar things and when I ask the seller if this is right, he normally gives me a correct wrote. However, given that this is UPS.... You never know.

American Postal USPS has that if it fits it ships for a standard rate. Can't believe how some seller scam. I can understand if the handling is packaged with extra care to prevent damage. But home much is styrofoam? Crazy stuff
