The timing is poor for Winners/Marshalls to get FortMax: xmas shopping season ends in 5 days, and outside xmas shopping season those stores have shrunk their toy section to tiny single aisles.

The other thing about the hopes for it being at Winners is that the toy actually sold out at walmart. Winners would only get it if there is excess stock. But TRU isnt giving it up, Walmart would, but they have none left. So this wont be a toy we will be able to get for cheap.
