Swapped return at Walmart

Unfortunately this happens WAY too often and have seen this countless times when I used to work retail but I have definitely seen worse. I couldn't see much difference at first. Hopefully someone will notice and take it to customer service

That's pretty unfair. When you pay people minimum wage, you should expect them to only put in minimal effort; you get what you pay for.

Totally agree. Walmart cuts corners with employee salaries; you get what you pay for. Regardless, Walmart makes money and will not change their business model with respect to toys; especially when the item is worth less than $30.

They are more concerned with fraud when it comes to higher priced items like the stuff you find in the electronics section.

They could care less about toys; toys are only there so that your kids drag you into the store. Once you are in there, they know you will buy anything from batteries to light bulbs to diapers to groceries because we are all impulse buyers.

I'm a big Marvel Legends collector but have no interest and no knowledge in WWE and DC stuff. Honestly, some of the stuff would have passed my QC had I been working 8 hrs for sh*tty pay. Most of these walmart folks are more concerned about paying their rent or mortgage and giving their kids food. Cut them some slack if they aren't toy nerds like all of us.
