Unfortunately I never buy MP Takara from Canadian etailers bc they aren't even close to prices in Japan bc they are middle men. It's not their fault tax is 15 percent and shipping domestic is ridiculous and the cdn dollar is 0.74...

But don't you then pay through the nose for sh8pping and customs? Wouldn't that make it as broad as it is long? I am asking because I have never ever bought MP or Takara, just curious. In both cases they always just seem ridiculously over priced, but, as I said, I am pretty ignorant of the best way to go about getting Japanese figures.

Honestly, the shipping for UM was 15 cdn and you can hold items to ship together ... They don't declare full value so I've never been hit with custom...but if the item is over 2 kg or 200 cm cubed than the shipping goes way up...
