Walmart is the worst place to get transformers. Target has a much more massive selection.

Canada is a TERRIBLE place to get Transformers period >.<

Anybody saw the SDCC Exclusives go up on HasbroToyShop? I looked this morning out of curiousity and didn't even see a 'sold out' listing. Did they sell all of them at the show?

Quick question guys..someone on here from Mtl (or close by) once mentioned going to TFCon by train. I wanna say it's Pulse Dragon? Really not sure. So, if you recognize yourself, holler at me. I had a question for you.

I recall them being up much later during the week in the past years..Something like Thursday, I think?

This. More so Quebec. I go to Toronto 6-8 times a year and the States almost every 2 months and we are always behind so badly.

Like not even Transformers, our TMNT waves are more or less in a coma.

And there is so many toy lines we just flat out don't get at all. Like Toronto/USA has the Pac Man toy line (I know that ain't saying much) but they will carry it, English only packaging and all and we can't. Not to mention any "Thrilling 30" exclusives we won't get at all that they have.

But we all knew this already.

Yep, it's Pulsedragon20 who takes the train to TFCon each year.

I was gonna do it this year, but I ended up getting some pretty decently-cheap plane tickets, so I flew instead.

Onto another topic: who's going to Montreal Comic-Con this year? This might actually be the first year that I'm able to go...

Apparently there's also a huge disparity in areas in the states. It feels like toy distribution as a whole is really really unreliable. I don't know if it's a new development or if its just because we know more now what toys company are producing but it's really annoying. You see all those cool toys announced for the year or the next, but you never know if they'll ever make it to stores anywhere.

You're right on the TMNT thing, it's like we're stuck t wave 1 or 2 of the basic figure since forever!

I was thinking of this the other day, maybe we should all meet up for drinks and talk about Transformers or share ideas

I'm a fan of road-tripping. Speeding down the highway, blasting heavy music... On top of the TFCon enjoyment, getting there and back becomes nice as well.
