Christmas Spoilers!!!!!
This is a pretty minor spoiler but cute anyway.
So I got home from work tonight and within a minute of my arrival my four year old runs up to me and points toward our Christmas tree. Under the tree is a single wrapped present. She then says "Mommy wrapped up your Transformers Calender daddy!" Needless to say my wife was not to impressed with my Daughter's loose lips. I thought it was hilarious, but wont be showing my daughter any presents I buy for my wife.

Gotta love little kids and their honesty.. The tree is up already? Isn't there some kinda unwritten December 1 rule? Or have you had the house lit up like the Red River Ex since Nov 1? 
In all seriousness, that is super cute. I'm so pumped about this Christmas as my daughter is just under two and it's all about her this year. (Mommy clearly pointed that out as Daddy got a new tv/xbox for Christmas a little while back..)

My daughter did that to me last year (or to my wife actually). We went out and picked her up a set of ipod speakers from Best Buy last year. We come home and she runs up to my wife and the conversation goes as follows:
Danielle: "We got your Christmas gift... It's a secret."
Wife: "Oh really, well you better not tell me. So what else did you and daddy do today."
Danielle: "We went to McDonalds for breakfast, then Toys R Us to look at Ponies, then Best Buy to get ipod speakers."
Me: "D'oh!"
We have since explained that sometimes mommies and daddies like to be surprised with gifts. Doesn't always work though.

Close to November 1st anyway, think it was November 3rd when I was on vacation. I have so few days off in December that If I leave it I'll be too tired to set it up..................
