The scalpers were the problem, not Hasbro and TRU.

One of my local TRUs instituted a one per family policy on mp10 when some guy who was bragging about ebaying them for 350 came in with his wife and teenage son and tried to buy 7 EACH! that's 21 mp10's in one day. Sqme guy had been in the day before as well.

forget her name now but maybe its donna at the kanata TRU told him to put them.all back except one, and from that point forth they held to a one per family policy (obviously hard to enforce).

I dont think its fair to blame hasbro or tru at all, if they had shipped twice as many in Canada the same problem would occur.

Personally.i can afford to get into masterpiece, which is fine by me. they are great figs but a lot of trouble even if you want to try to stick to the iconic figures.
