No way this is leader class. There's pictures of it with phones and hands and stuff. It's gotta be about voyager size. Also, if it were leader class, there'd be a big obvious block in the chest where they forced in lights and sounds gimmicks.
No way the retail version of this figure will have this much chrome and metallic paint either.

Just spoke with someone there, it is in fact the new Leader Class. Remember all that nonsense about being more kid friendly. Turns out while us adult collectors loved ROTF Prime, kids flat out hated it because it was too complex.
This thing is 100% tooled for the target demo.
