Thank you for the kind words. It's nice when you, our faithful customers and fans, are appreciative when we are trying to walk the extra mile when such crisis arise.
Still, based on the total bill provided by UPS only for today, it seems obvious to me that even with our business' rebate with them, we will have to find another alternative if CP strike occurs. UPS rates are atrociously high.
We can bite the bullet for a few days but I don't see our store been able to support this service on an extended period of time.
I will have to find a solution that is fair to everyone.
