^^ thanks for this info, the whole idea of 3rd party mixing it up with Takara is more entertaining than an Episode of Mad Men...fantastic.

TBH, I am personally very likely to choose the Takara version over FT...Takara does such a good job making MP both playable and beautiful...sure, they aren't all perfect but looking at the Takara MP line as a whole I still think they are tops.

Just last night I was playing with UW Devy and for a few moments I swear Scrapper and Bonecrusher had jumped out of the screen into my hand. This same basic design, with improved in materials and detail...dear gawd...BUT they have to fix mixmaster...MUST fix mixmaster

I actually read in more than 1 posts that there are certain official designers secretly exchange opinions with 3rd party designers, but it's always like rumor kind of thing, so I have no prove it's true since I don't belong to that circle, not even close in the 2nd or 3rd circle around those.

But using the MP-36 Megatron as example, we all see the leaked design pictures 1 or 2 months before the official announcement, right?

I know for a fact that 3p and official designers talk. Maybe not all of them, but some of them are pretty chummy.

Just spoke to one of my guys. Showed me a small piece of MP Hoist. No much, just the cannon arm and how it transforms.

He did however say that MP Longhaul prototype is floating around like the MP Megatron prototype was.

Yeah, I don't know what they were thinking. They went through all the trouble of creating 5 perfectly accurate figures only to stop at the 6th?

Same here... but maybe that's the excuse Takara will use for releasing MP Devastator.
