Slave's TW-06 Evila Star video Review
I made a video review using my new SJ4000 camera (testing it out).
It took a longer time than I expected it, because I had to edit a bit of the video (removing the fish-eye effect and correcting the colours since my lighting wasn't so good)... and it is now on youtube...
Anyway here's the link:

Enjoy!

Re: Slave's TW-06 Evila Star video Review
Looks better than the DX-9 Version as there is no arm gap. Is there any Die-cast in this figure and how does it stand up to other MP like SW? I really like this figure just not 100 % on the colors

No diecast at all
Next to MP Skywarp? I guess Starscream is the same, since I dont have Skywarp, but Starscream is just a bit taller than Evila Star. Maybe 3cm.

He's a tiny bit smaller than Soundwave, like 1cm smaller... scales good next to him... but I believe the cartoon has him much taller in scale?

Re: Slave's TW-06 Evila Star video Review
yeah but with the ability to mass shift it is hard to say what scale is but if they look good together I may consider it as I said I do like the dx-9 version I just can't get by those hollow arms

I dont think the hollow arms of DX9 so bad, to me what really turns me off is the single piece of part forming that doesnt go anywhere in shuttle mode... thats inexcusable. and I really do not like how the calfs looks with the slider part all expose and we see the slider's crack inside the leg... bleh...

Love that train mode but wish it had more purple. The wheels turning in unison is clever. I was hoping this was MP scale. Bring on Astrotrain wars!

That part is optional, but it's a fact that Evila Star came up with the best solution to finish off that section. Both alt mode are nearly flawless imo. I think the only thing I would have added are peg holes to stop the bars from moving under the wings.

Re: Slave's TW-06 Evila Star video Review
thx slave great review...disappointed with plastic quality,
and what, in my view, is an overly complex transformation that would be frustrating as opposed to fun
