it probably is considering they said all deluxe figs are 9 buck and every other besides deluxe and cleareance are 30 % off

the top of my Toy R Us recipt says that a refund is availble within 45 days of purchase with the recipt so I would think that if one made a big enough stink about it you could match or just return it for the price you bought it at then buy it back for the sale price either way that is why I keep recipts. On Topis though I so want an MP Roddy but with all the quality issues I just may have to get Unicron and settle for a takara 2nd Release as I do not want a busted arm or head that would be total sadness
