Re: friendly opinions on a used mp10.
You made the right call in letting your buddy have it even at a potential profit lose.
Ya it's nice to sometimes make a little cash off something to off set our growing collecting cost, but it's also really nice to make a great score like a $75 MP10.

Re: friendly opinions on a used mp10.
I think you're doing a good thing letting him buy your $60 share at cost, with the caveat of sharing profits if he were to sell.

Ah the 800 pound gorilla in the room that everyone awkwardly pretends we don't see.

And you got feedback. You just didn't like it very much.

Re: friendly opinions on a used mp10.
OP, Just curious how old you and your buddy are.
A lot of us here are old farts that have 'wisdom' that you asked us to provide. In my younger years I may have saw things your way, but as we age, I realize that friendship is worth more than a few potential profit bucks.
Odd that you would have exposed your 'landry' here but good on you to heed the advice provided.

Re: friendly opinions on a used mp10.
Agree with everyone else, I feel you are making the best move. Not only does it help make your friend happy and enjoy a sweet bot, but if you decide to sell it later, you both win as well.
Great on yah!
Cheers,
-Jav

Your right and you assume I expected differently, my problem is I was upfront about what I was thinking instead of alot of others that hide behind private messages, and pretends they don't act or think the same way.

I'm not worried about what airing my laundry here would do, I realized the risk when I posted. But where else would you go for tf related advice? I don't regret posting here. I just would've worded it better next time and started with more of the facts.

That assumption was based upon the statement, "I was hoping for some real world feedback." Such a statement suggests that you were hoping for it but didn't receive it, in your eyes.

I apologize for wording the statement as such. And to.anyone I offended with my thoughts in this thread. I'm hoping to close the subject.
