Stuff out of Japan and China is taking ridiculously long. Lots of people are affected. I've had to file two PayPal claims cause the expected delivery dates have long passed.

I also have another order with Chapters. The tracking was created Jan 3 and nothing happened since.

order MP Inferno (EMS) from AmiAmi on January 6, 2017. Arrived at Border Services in Vancouver January 7, 2017 and there it sits, day after day after day.

I appreciate that the CBSA is making sure that people aren't committing crimes or trying to blow stuff up, but it is only a little red fire engine. C'mon guys!

I'm in the same boat as well. I contacted NY and they said that they contacted Japan Post and that due to Christmas there is a delay in delivery.

I also just found out that it was sent to my old address, for some reason their system used the address I preordered with and not the one that I entered when I paid. Unfortunately Canada Post wont mail forward packages (they've already made a bunch of mistakes with just regular mail so I can see why this is beyond their capability ). Luckily I have been in contact with the new owner and have gotten mail from him already. I gave him a heads up and he is going to look out for it.

I ordered Delta Magnus from NY which was shipped by boat mid Nov. Japan Post's tracking had it as arriving in Vancouver on Dec.31. Nothing's changed since then.
Customs must be really glutted with stuff....or they're taking their time and charging fees on almost every single item that they can.

Ordered MP Primal and Inferno from Anime-Export and had them ship together. Japan Post updated tracking on Dec.06 saying it got mailed. After that, nothing. At all.

I wonder if it's worth asking Anime-Export about it. Shipping from them has never taken this long, even with the holiday rush.

What worries me a little is that I'm thinking the package may have been delivered at a different address by mistake. That has happened to me before in the past twice. The Canada Post employee would deliver my packages to a house one street over that has the same door number. Those living there at the time were nice enough to let me know but now? Who knows..
