1) A lot of questions I asked on many pm, ALL answered rather quickly (SAME DAY!!!).

2) Loose product was shipped on Friday came on Monday. WOW!!!

3) Shipping price very good, and box was very well packaged, with a box, and individual bubble wrapping of each individual toy, and accessories in a separate bag. Very Good!!!

4) Loose products ALL in great condition. I love all three products so much.
