I had been calling my local store ever since the first sighting. I finally got lucky. I put one on hold thursday and got my dad to pick it up friday during the sale. It's a pretty sweet figure and im really happy that I got it for my first masterpiece. $78 is not bad considering I was ready to pay full retail just to get it.

I called the Dartmouth Crossing location here in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and they had a customer come in earlier in the day also looking, but they didn't have any in stock.

They checked out back too apparently, but did not locate anything. I asked if they happened to know of a potential arrival date, and they said no.

Guess we'll just have to keep checking the TRU Canada online listing and hope you eventually find one in-store to avoid scalpers.

On a side note, I did manage to score an extra Voltron Black Lion/Keith on MattyCollector today. Hopefully be able to use it in a future trade for a Hasbro Masterpiece/G1 re-issue (Grimlock, Prime, Starscream, Unicron, Soundwave, etc.)

hmmmm even though its been released this particular transformer is extremely difficult to find on the shelf and/or in the store even... I visit my local TRU every day and nothing!

I hate living in Quebec...language restriction...I want this masterpiece so badly...What a great price
